How have you done with expenses, quality of tenants, turnover, cash flow, their property management team, customer service, etc.  

So, availability to assist clients should have been addressed in your planning before you made the decision to even become an agent. 

So this couple that now wants to rent has a service dog.

Written Buyer Broker Agreements: Agents working with buyers will need signed agreements prior to home showings, which should clearly define the services and compensation.

Area has mix of older retail strips, motels, banks, gas stations, some QSR, a few independent restaurants, services (barber shops, etc.), and retail, warehouses, factories, and a business incubator for entrepreneurs. 

For one tenant we provided lawn service and added that to the rent along with snow removal.
