I know I wouldn't try to poach another agents' clients if that client already had one sending them properties but there are indeed Realtors that are unscrupulous and would push down their own mothers to drum up business.Just put yourself in the shoes of the agent and ask how you'd like to spend time working for someone and then see that potential business go to the next guy/gal.

What do you clients like the most when working with you?

Memphis has great potential for solid investments and we have a unique market.

@George T. a man who represents himself in law or accounting usually has a fool for a client.

I will be looking into the opportunity with a partner who has several years of experience in RE and good amount of client network.

Interesting enough, a broker went with his client and his client was one of the other bidders.

I learned how to focus on getting the job done and because I wasn't a threat to the end client's W-2 employees (I could never get promoted to the corner office), I could get away with ignoring office politics.

They've inspected small multifamily for me a couple times and have done plenty of inspections for our clients.

So if I have a listing I have agreed to look after my clients interests above all others.

I have a client that is interested in purchasing a large estate to use as an assisted living facility, but they aren't currently able to swing the down payment.
