From the age of 13-21 I had built a successful weed selling business from nothing.

(If it was a violent death or drug related they might need to do forensics).

When I started at a large public firm, those who had their masters were not any better or worse at the job (and we all got paid the same).If you're close to the 150, I would just take a few extra business-related classes and avoid the tuition of a masters/MBA.If I wasn't close to the requirement and had to pursue an advanced degree, I would do the MBA 100% no questions asked (if the prices are similar).

I think either option result has little effect on the retail market as a whole, it will be relatively isolated to the under $100k market (Milwaukee specific). 

Pete markets.From what I can tell, it appears that neighborhoods can change relatively quickly from nice to not-so-nice.

Will need more than simple cosmetics given age and condition, but it's also not abandoned and falling in on itself.
