I want to know what people(both experienced and beginner investors) see as the biggest obstacle or problem faced by people starting out as creative RE investors.

But, and correct me if I'm wrong, I believe that the biggest challenge of asking is that we either don't know or can't or won't express what our needs are.We know that the needs are there.We know that you have needs.We just don't know what they are and we don't know when you need to have them addressed.As a member here on BiggerPockets, I'd like for each member to feel as comfortable as possible in sharing your needs.

If the wholesaler cannot find a buyer, it's the wholesaler's *** on the line if the contract falls through and faces breach of contract, loss of earnest money, etc.

Not only are you going to be faced with code issues, but it is a bad idea to have your tenant manage a large project like that.

I hate it when they smile at my face but then, as soon as I turn around, in goes the knife to my back - I am becoming a hard *** and I guess that is what you have to do to be able to stand some of the stuff that goes on.

At this point my biggest challenge is finding an investor with funds and flexibility to can move quickly.

Some will work diligently for you, some will work only when you call.Using a Real Estate Agent, is an important step and unless you are qualified to find the properties, negotiate the sale and financing on your own you are faced with difficult decisions that you may not be prepared to make.I hope this helps, and good luck.

I think it also touched on the slower market the majority of us are facing.
