The salon owner takes care of the overall rent and the individual stylists pay to rent a "station" or "chair", with common expenses (water, electricity, etc) included in the rent.

These values can, and frequently are, incorporated within the regular instruction towards literacy and matriculation.

There are 5 of us and we are wondering whether it's best to get incorporated ( would that mean double taxed?).

There are two successful wholesaler's in the area that I would ask to co host or chair the group.

Firstly, what would be the benefits of incorporating as an LLC or other business entity (i.e., what are the worst case scenarios if we don't?)  

(I'm not a lawyer)But I think, if you want to do get better asset protection, you'd need both properly setup LLC and also get an umbrella liability policy.For what it's worth, I set up my LLC for $50 to get my articles of incorporation, I have a simple operating agreement that I got from the internet and I set up a different bank account.

There are some good ones in the file place but I don't see one that incorporates all of the long term projections.
