I am repositioning an 8- Unit Apartment  (Photos Here )  In my analysis i knew that the property was being under rented & with capital & aesthetic improvements i could drastically raise the rents.  

I would market it in my photos.

Once we like the property, Can we hire a building inspector to get the property inspection report done with videos and photos to analyze the property condition?

I have decide to put my moving first and catch up with steve after I am all settled on california.So steve if you see this , I will be in touch again sometime August I think.And I will keep my experience update on biggerpocket community once I resume my search.Please share with me what you all think is the best city to buy turnkey or rental property base on ROI and future appreciation .I only had experience with NEw york and NJ also CT.

I do not know the automated systems but where in your screening process do you fit the personal interviews etc. that are necessary to complete the thorough screening of applicants.That is normally where the applications and lease review process generally catches all inconsistencies and puts a face to the process.
