We are working with my brother and sister-in-law to start our portfolio. 

I am Ann Rau working with my husband, brother, and sister-in-law to start our real estate portfolio in the Houston area.We are seeking a multi-family property to buy and hold in the Greater Houston area; price range: $350,000 or less.

Usually what I do at this point brother is call the listing agent and ask for the numbers, taxes and how much the rents are and then I'll inform them my agent will be in touch with them ,some listing agent tend to leave that stuff out for some reason .

I also have a partner in my brother.

I do not have much first hand experience in real estate investing other than my brother who currently owns two investment properties.

On another note I attended your brothers meeting in Murfreesboro.

Thankfully, my brother owns an excavating business and he'll be doing significant dirt work to alleviate this issue-he said that since the water would come and go and dried in between rainstorms that there is no significant water damage to the house or foundation, but the siding all around has taken a hit.

The second it gets listed, the blood is in the water and everyone and their brother will come out of the woodwork.
