It's a two bed 1.5 bath but the tub/shower is in the bath off the bedroom.

The condos near the beach have ranged from $235,000-$460,000 w some including1-2 bed, 2 bath, garage, pool, gym.I would love to learn more from this forum to pass on the savings to my clients.Debra Elton, Realtor

She was a hoarder and roaches were underneath papers, in clothes, in books, in beds, in couches, you name it and they were there to greet us. 

Tami, I've been in Sarasota now for about 5 years.  2 beds/1 bath under 1000 sqft can get 1200-1400 a month. 

In recent years there has been a bed bug infestation in at least 2 units.In my opinion the owner is asking for too much for the triplex ($699k, mill basin near kings plaza e55th st).  

She also said that one of the units as a bed bug problem.

Or someone's cat or grandma sleeping in my bed?

Each unit 2 Beds/1 Bath, 750 SF.

Since I farm a couple of different areas I have my searches ran with bed/bath, square footage, locations, and price range.
