Got to see some beautiful hotel properties (Horned Dorset) and just a relaxed vibe down in Rincon (not that all of PR isn't relaxed).

That's the beauty of a HeLoc.

Ride that out for a while, sell stuff, live frugally, and paydown that mortgage, (strive to become the "millionaire next door", google if you're not familiar with that term.) 

I know this business strives on finding the right ppl to do the job the right way and do it fast.  

The better you are at organizing, the better you can manage your time.I know that if I was working on my REI exclusively, I would accomplish A LOT more than I am now, but my pay as a paralegal (not sure how it is nationwide, but here in the Bay Area it's pretty good), so until this REI thing 100% replaces my income, I have to strive to do it all. 

The beauty of working with small portfolio lenders that do blanket loans is they can modify them as need be in the event of a partial sale.

But alas, I had not yet learned from the BP masters before getting in contract and performing due-diligence, so these are not 2%-rule beauties, especially considering the rehab costs. 

It looks beautiful but I don't know that it's 35k a month beautiful.

(Although it's a beautiful area.)
