I guess I'm curious if you had seen the property at this point, or if your contractor was able to visit the property to give you that estimate?

I personally visited the US to open the account.

In all 4 cases, there were no more signs of the critters (or their bites) after just the first visit.

Hopefully soon since I hope to come out and do some site visits!

I'd also look for places that you like to visit.
