The most active (SEO-friendly) companies will pop up, and those wholesalers are constantly finding/buying/selling inventory.My personal favorite is networking with other house flippers.

Usually, the activities that have different risk profile should be separated. 

Will the county/city where the house is located re-assess it during the sale and increase the tax bill?

The tenant is hesitant to sign another lease as they are actively looking for a new home and asked what is the early termination fee if they break an annual lease agreement. 

I don't want to do the leg-work flipping houses any longer, but I enjoy being in the game.I would like to setup a system where I would Joint Venture with an active flipper for a few projects each year.
