I have a software development background and had worked on simulators (for traffic analysis) many years ago, so it seemed like a natural way to become more familiar with the interrelationship of various real estate metrics and produce a usable tool.Hi Roy,I'm curious how complex your modelling goes when evaluating the sensitivity of some of your input variables?

We are looking at a bi-weekly model because I currently attend the QCRPA meetings (monthly) and a smaller weekly meet up and it feels like a bi-weekly evening meet up would give us enough time away (to make things happen) and often enough that we could keep up with current topics as they come up.

AS a semi experienced lender myself.. this business model that Do Hard money put together is quite the thing.. 3k for turn downs.. but I have seen threads were people did get funded so in my mind they do fund.. however I suspect if there was any audit of the company the majority of their income would come from the turn downs not points on the loans.lets see who their target is when you offer lending with no money down.you basically get those starting out with the least experience other wise they would have money to put down..
