Focus on buying smaller multi-family homes, houses with extra living units, and homes with cellars.

We want to buy a multi family of 2-3 units and house hack by living in one and renting out the other one or two units. 

Hi guys, my name is herby and I just closed on my first deal for house hacking on a 4plex. 1 of the tenants is out of contract and is on a month to month and that’s the unit I plan to move into.

I did a full rehab on an 800sq ft house 8 years ago and did too much of the work my self (electrical, plumbing, windows, flooring, floor joists.)The home has a basement under most and part is a crawl space.
