Hello everyone, I was wondering if you could hypothetically outsource your due diligence to someone who could successfully do it.

my biz partner and I need to attend as many as possible to learn from like minded and successful investors. 

Please keep this in mind:The first thing you need to do to become successful is adjust your mindset accordingly.

Based on it's location I think it needs to be something with a bit more character than a franchise in order to be successful. 

If yes can you elaborate on your experience: success stories or horror stories.

I've seen examples of professionally written "Finder's/Referral Fee" contracts for real estate, and have heard of cases where these have been successful, but haven't been able to get in touch with anyone personally who has experience in this area so far.
