I know this because I have installed these systems myself and also talked  with 2 engineers about it.  

We did  have  any systems that were dated or of concern inspected separately.  

This allowed me to develop systems and practices that were focused on quality not commission.

And having helped hundreds of other investors do the same, I believe I've nailed down a successful system.

At those price points, all major systems should be on the front end of its lifespan and really, the AC should be new and Roof less then 5 yrs old.
