I was able to sell multiple homes in my first 6 months but recently came to a halt in finding leads. 

@John Chason I have owned multiple properties of similar size in both asset classes. 

usually its a empty foreclosure, been empty for three years , multiple cleanout, company's, rehabs, cover ups,  

My strategy will be to BRRRR, so was just wondering people’s thoughts on utilizing multiple deal finders in the same market?

I know that an option is to sign up for the case to be heard in Fulton County magistrate court but am nervous that he knows something we don't given his sheer silence and multiple years of experience as a landlord (I think he has had 10-15 properties for 10+ years so this isn't his first rodeo). 

@Alan Walker They said that they could do it on the investment properties. 80% LTV on them and they could do it on multiple properties. 2 of mine have the MACU 90% program so I wont be able to do it for those properties but I do have one that I paid 20% down that I should be able to get a HELOC on
