Currently, I own 2 restaurants with a different brand in Charlotte and Myrtle Beach, and we're building our 3rd in Rock Hill, SC.

Good low crime and great school district, I am focused on this area as local restaurant chains are building in this location.  149K and 135K, Both 2/1 and 135K needs some updating.   

This home was on a busy street (4 lane, yellow line, etc) but was in a prime location near restaurants, bars, shopping, etc, etc.

I pay to eat at a specific restaurant because that is what their profession is.

Also, my wife is Mexican/ US citizen, so worst-case scenario she would buy the property under her name.

Then have a detailed email to send them with address, directions from airport, how to get in, nearby stuff to do, link to yelp w/ filter for tasty restaurants near your house (just search on yelp, then copy and paste it), must-do’s in the neighborhood, etc.5) Don’t go crazy trying to please people too much!

DL Drew Carey loves Cleveland so much he had it's pizza flown all the way to Los Angeles.I actually worked at this pizza restaurant when I was in high school.
