There is has also been an uptick of claims (a higher percentage than in the past are manufactured claims) of landlords having code violations and various other infractions.  

This is a massively complex issue, spanning law, epidemiology, economic, healthcare, finance, politics, manufacturing...areas no one person can have mastery, with far reaching second and third order effects that can't be encapsulated in the low fidelity ideas of "Shelter in place= the only option" or "give me back my civil liberties NOW rah rah Ayn Rand" Complex ideas require the ability to be nuanced and understanding that the other side may also have a point of view which you may not agree with because you don't comprehend it well.

First point, medical supply manufacturing and supply.

Apparently the others have not dealt with bad video cards that Apple refuses to replace, non booting systems with no recourse, OS upgrades that delete all your photos-contacts-calendar or Airs that simply become doa, etc, etc.Manufacturing is manufacturing.

It appears to have mostly manufacturing jobs but I was wondering where most tenants work there.
