You know you are a real estate investor-When the thought of mold doesn't scare you instead you go hmm I'll just add it to the budget and get a big discount on the property.You know you are a real estate investor - When the appraiser says to you - "Oh my god this property is horrible- its worse than the last one I saw of yours- You would need the balls of an ox to take on this house" and you think to yourself- Really hmm I didn't think it was that bad, I LOVE this house but since you mentioned it let's see if you can get me a bigger discount on it.You know you are a real estate investor- When the agent doesn't want to stay in the house cause its filled with roaches and you are like - I've seen worse- THIS ONE TIME and you start rambling on with a story while she is trying to get out of the house before roaches decide to go home with her...

I've never needed a resume (thank god) so I can't really critique that part but I will let you know that "Immaculate" is spelled with an "i". it's a bit of an unusual use of that adjective, but I think it works.
