The mortgagee shall give the applicable party 30 days from the date of notice to engage in the following actions:(i) Pay the outstanding loan balance, including any accrued interest, MIP, and mortgagee advances in full;(ii) Sell the property for an amount not to be less than the amount determined by the Commissioner through notice, which shall not exceed 95 percent of the appraised value as determined under § 206.125(b), with the net proceeds of the sale to be applied towards the outstanding loan balance.

The tone of the emails sent to me from this person after I had to engage an attorney to get money back that was owed to me from that organization is bullying, rather vulgar, very condescending and totally lacking in professionalism. 

He jumped all over it and engaged a realtor with experience in short sales.

My tenants were engaged at the time of renting the house 8 months go.
