The way that you 'really' want to do all of this is load everything into a PostgreSQL install, load the county into its own table (and the monthly updated county lists) and run the JOINS in PostgreSQL against any new list.

Improper installation of the roof, lack of flashing, lack of gutters, blocked gutters, siding missing - those are just a sampling of other causes of leaks.

Most of the items will also have a tag for installation costs.

It is easy and quick to install AND maintain.
