There is a new development I'm looking at.

I am the Business Development Officer for Exeter 1031 Exchange Services and cover the Midwest.

Develop an operating agreement that spells out the purpose of the LLC who has what role, who makes decisions, how are differences between the two of you resolved and an exit plan.Have an attorney draft up the document so each party is protected.  

Also how much do you guys think it will roughly cost to build a 300 sqft studio like structure with a kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. i appreciate the help, let me know if more detail is needed. below are the guidelines for the adu in accordance with the city.

Althouth inventory is tight, the constant development (i.e Beltline) going on around the metro Atlanta area, I still think we have a good 2 - 5 year run before you see any real correction here.

we did something similar we pooled 6 mil in cash and bought a premier housing development in Portland market.
