I’ve been diligently looking and analyzing deals for over a year and have not come across anything that pencils out.

Hi John- they seem to be in a tough spot related to the Synapse Financial bankruptcy- they've essentially suspended operations and are trying to sort through the mess.

The reality is that if the deal is “good”, the wholesalers getting it under contract would have no problem selling it to one of the 100 investors on their buyers list.  

We LOVED using them for our Wholesale deals, but with our FIRST private lender email, they sent us the following with zero warning...

Finding a househack in Buckhead will be tough with your income and the average price point. 

Unless you come from a corporate job that is involved in this field, it is not a place I recommend to start.
