The thing is with Raleigh specifically, is that much of our inflation is a natural outcome of strong growth:- Many Fortune 100 companies and 500 are establishing headquarters here- A significant influx of people moving into the area.

This is something we're interested in providing for our company's employees including ourselves.

Many companies in FL are not writing homes with roofs that are older than a certain number of years. 

That would be various liens, easement, water lien, demolition lien, mechanics lien, tax lien, water/sewer lien - something that title companies look for, when they do a title search.
