You are entitled to immediate possession but you cannot evict before 20 days after the sale but you are entitled to rent immediately. 

Any one who has bought any number of these that had owners in them has suffered this.. right down to by the time you get possession the house is stripped..

Whether the law requires it or not, you should document the condition of the property the day you take possession.

This is a Landlord-Tenant situation and the Landlord DID NOT agree to hold their possessions.

It was so cold I had to put every article of clothing I had in my possession with no exaggeration.One of my favorite memories!

The key is NOT taking possession of the money.

Even if you get a quick possession order, the sheriff's dept is running 6 to 10 weeks out from actually getting the order to getting tenants out.So are there areas in Chicago or Illinois where it makes sense to invest?
