Nick Sansivero, I have a 2-family in North NJ and honestly don't think Property Management is worth it on something that small.

To follow up on this thread with a little more info I've found since my last post:Found someone in our area that will do new construction VA loans - they were with this company:www.annie-mac.comMaybe they have loans in other areas, might be worth a call.  

Juice is not worth the squeeze.

Half of my net worth is in the equity of my two rentals. 

What do flippers do first,, second, third, etc..First you run a spreadsheet to see if it's worth doing.
