If they were, the landlord should be allowed to work out a plan between the tenant and themselves, or the government should give the tenant assistance to pay their rent that is due!!

I'm looking for a lease agreement that stated if the tenant can't pay for the rent in the future due to the pandemic, then they need to give landlord notice ahead and work out the payment plan option.

If we couldn't come to terms, then the LLC allows for an exit, with the exiting partner having a note due, with workout terms defined.This could be refinancing or selling interests in properties.
