If they were, the landlord should be allowed to work out a plan between the tenant and themselves, or the government should give the tenant assistance to pay their rent that is due!!

Didn't a ton of people get protected from eviction already without needing to work out "sexual arrangements"?

I'm looking for a lease agreement that stated if the tenant can't pay for the rent in the future due to the pandemic, then they need to give landlord notice ahead and work out the payment plan option.
