Fact is that the permitting process is part of the legal system and is all written down in the UCC and State wide. 

So my question is this a standard format either by some widely used payment processing system or internally generated by zillow.  

In general, I expect that a $100k house in Parma will need repairs maybe total renovation depending on where it is- there's a pretty wide range of values from one side of town to the other.

It was widely reported a year ago that the GTA market was slowing, that sales volumes were down.
