Get 50 properties all with debt and high cash flow and I bet you'll weather any storm that you encounter. 1 house paid off with a few hundred extra bucks isn't mitigating as much risk as you think.Also, don't worry about buying at the top as much as you should make sure you can weather any systemic risk.

We'll see how it does this fall and winter but I think it'll at least break even until the good weather again.The summer months are definitely way more profitable and should be able to make up for the slower months.

Here is some advice, you pay what you get.I get all my blinds at Lowe’s but not pre cut already in a box, it’s a rental so you need to cover the window weathers it’s sticking out an inch doesn’t matter.
