Just spent 5 minutes looking at some rental listings in prestigious areas of Minneapolis suburbs (maple grove) which I have a friend who lives there.Take a look at this listing (you may know who the realtor is on this one) a bag holder bought it at the peak in 2022 for 315k tried to rent it initially for $2400, now it’s going for 2k .

The mortgage holder could only challenge the sale if they claim they didn't receive proper notice prior to the sale.

Its "easy," and everything is taxed along with the rest of your finances.If you were holding Title, you'd want the LLC to be in the same state as the property so that the Title holder would have legal standing in the court should you need to go there (with an attorney of course)...
