The goal would be to simplify check deposits to have all 6 accounts for collection under 1 Proeprty Management LLC and then electronically distribute the revenue for each property once per month (this in theory would save tons of time at the bank during deposit time).Any other tips or tricks while we plan the HoldCo structure would be greatly appreciated! 

@Tabitha Bean I only heard of Fund & Grow recently but I've been using credit cards this way for about 10 years and pretty sure I know most of their tricks.

Other than experience you have budget, tax returns, bank statements, IDs, personal financial statement, proof of everything on your personal financial statement, real estate schedule, social, they run your credit WHICH I LEARNED A TRICK from one of the lenders I dealt with...Having hard credit pulls is no good for your credit or for getting loans, having a lot of hard pulls in a short period sends a bad signs to banks.

The trick is knowing the right questions.  

Would you rather be in a position showing an investor a deal you only has access to or a deal that's been tricked around?

Trick is convincing my wife to back me on the idea.

We haven't raised our rates much, but have learned some pricing tricks.  

Any great tips and tricks to become a GOOD whole seller that investors want to work with ?

They might try to pull the emotional support animal trick and if they do, make sure you get a letter from a local doctor to support that, not something they got online.
