@Bobby Shell is right that taxes are high in Orleans Parish, but Jefferson Parish has much lower taxes, as do other surrounding parishes.As far as the market is concerned, our peak was 2015-2016.

@Mike Nuss  do you have any input to these questions/circumstances surrounding selling the property - or could you refer us to a good resource to talk through a lot of these specifics around selling a rental property?

Hello,I’m trying to find baltimore city and the surrounding counties foreclosure surplus list.

Not at all we've done many & the last one (2017) was a a $2500 rehab with a new kitchen, scratch & dent appliances & a new shower stall base ($50) & .49cent/tile for the surround (we got the tile at an auction).

This is very much a full time job with lots of overheard & infrastructure required to do successfully.
