The purchase I have in negotiation would be a portfolio of several rentals that would be purchased under owner financing.

While doing research with wholesaling I have did hundreds of direct mails, hundreds of cold calls and several bandit signs.

I think they said they planned to invest $1 billion and it would take several years to build.

I am looking for a good national property management company to handle several locations, does anyone know how I can find property managers that work nationally?
