My parents have some vacant land in Hesperia and I'm wondering if its worth it to look into building or if its better to just sell the vacant land.

Has any one had any experience with buyouts and what should be included, is this document called a buy-sell agreement?

It seems like a dramatic failure to me. what I have seen is landlords in markets were houses actually sell for a lot to retail buyers they just sell them and take the rentals out of production..

She wants to sell as-is. 

And definitely none of that BS.I would sell the properties on roof stock to a new investor.

So the main definition of net worth to my knowledge is, after selling all assets minus liabilities you get your net worth. 

Also if you have a business for just buying/selling land only and spend money/milage traveling to properties BUT don't make any revenue from the business the first year can you write off those expenses?

My plan is to live in the house while in the area and either rent it or sell it once I decide to move.

I keep thinking I should be looking for people to sell a deal to even though I don't have any deals.

I deal in distressed properties and I see deals sell in as little as 30 min to an hour on a daily basis.
