If the goal is to live mortgage free and bank appreciation, that could be a good bet.  

I bet they rent quick,, 1000 sq ft apt for even more than what your thinking,, why not start setting the bar a bit higher..

I’m going to consult an attorney and make sure I understand all possible outcomes.My bet is the other events of default all relate to non-payment or habitual late-payment on this debt or some other debt to the bank, transferring ownership of the asset (or the borrower) without bank permission, or negatively affecting the value of the asset in some way.
