I currently work 2 jobs and was thinking of spending this next year building up a plan that I could then put into action next summer.

The bank isn't going to review the HELOC for 10 years so I think we'll have access to the same amount for the whole time.

I also find that sometimes I spend hours researching semi trivial things for my properties.
