hey guys my name is vinny i live in boulder Colorado i LOVE this place it is relay beautiful out here but recently my job as the sue chef of a restaurant and a master barber i cant afford it here i came here from southern NH but it hasent been easy the market has risen here in boulder i own a dubblewide trailer in Lafayette that i bought for 44,900 and today i just put it under contract for 60,000 cash now i haven't realized how much money i could make from investing my dad is a broker and commercial investor in NH but hes decided that he would teach me the ropes since this im super existed to move home with a decent chunk of change to start my own investing career as ive just learned how profitable this game can relay be i love this web-sight and cant wait to grow as a professional but its opened my eyes to a new world and if i can work 80rs a week i know i can make the switch and be successful as tho its not a get rich quick scheme but financially ill be looking a heck of a lot better thanks guys for reading my story and i cant wait to post some more as i continue my journey!  

This wouldn't cost much to do, I'm estimating $7,000-$10,000 to turn this into a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 baths house. 3 bed 1 bath houses are selling for $115,000-$125,000 in the same area so I'd imagine 2 bath would put us well above the others.Any feedback or questions on this one would be great.  

Option 5 - any other creative ideas you beautiful people on bigger pockets have to give me.

Was just in beautiful San Diego for 3 days vacation with my family, so I didn't see the posts until now.

I have beautiful investment property in Saratoga Springs, NY.

If you go down 11th and Sheridan its beautiful.  9th and Sheridan over to 7th can be rough, especially at night.  

yeah I'm trying my best :)   looks like you have some good plans of your own that suits you  :)  everyone has their own journey and that's part of the beauty of it all! 

It's an up and coming area full of beautiful old bungalows, we have some of the best restaurants and breweries in Tampa and a very colorful and artsy culture among the residents.

My question is, should I continue looking in North Hollywood, or should I focus more on Santa Clarita which is way further out from my work and pretty much everything else in LA but with beautiful new properties that are much cheaper?
