A prospective tenant is moving in, a guy with two small children he says that his girlfriend since she is staying in another city she will be staying there and we'll only be frequently over, how would you go about this?

- Going to be remodeling each unit (new appliances, bathroom, countertops, refinishing floors, etc)- Changing heat from gas to electric because electric is metered so tenant pays- Adding AC to each unit, which will be electric also- Improving common areas- Improving curb appeal Might build 4-6 new units because the lot is very large What was the outcome?

My software churns out new prospective properties each day and the goal is to send them mail as soon as possible after they hit our system.

Because I am not 100% familiar with the rehab process from start to finish and I work a full time job I feel as if I won't be able to fully control the outcome of the property.
