Make arrangements for exchange of keys and an inspection with tenant when they have property completely vacant, or as close as they think they will get it.

I'd of course create a documentation trail for that point above the 500k exclusion of course (or above 250k since im not married, whew) as 1031 exchange.

For instance, I was looking at books about 1031 exchanges and I haven't even brought a property yet!

The other is a 1031 Exchange.

So its been a year and when we were about to go on .we recieved a letter from the mayor of the town telling my mom that if we wanted we could take a land property of the town in exchange 20.000 euros/dollars a year.
