I might suggest saving the money and buying at your next post.

Where is this deal located (sorry if I missed that but couldn’t find that in the post string).  

I am getting out of my 500$/month car for a cash car, which should lower my insurance also(310$).Part of me wants to get a cheap piece of land to live on in a decked-out container in between the areas of the markets posted below.
