To add to what Vikram pointed out correctly, the RE market will unlikely head north anytime before the next 5 years and most likely head further south (depreciate in value) with the influx of foreclosures expected this year which pile on top of the large shadow investory that DOES exist.

And the fact is, if someone figured out how to do that for investors having, say, $500K or more in debt, that person would probably make a pile of money -- or go broke!
