@Stacy Adams Just keep in mind larger multifamily investing often involves larger teams and partnerships compared to single family and smaller multis.

Do investors typically already have some type of paperwork for this type of partnership?

I have a business partner that I flip houses with and he and I will be looking for a GC to bring into our partnership to project manage and handle rehabs in the next year or so hopefully, assuming we find the right fit.
