Chandler, Gilbert, and Buckeye outside of Phoenix have seen some of the fastest growth in the US the last few years.

The key is to be able to purchase outside of where you currently own your primary residence.

I remodeled an apartment and when the tenant called the electric company to put the bill in her name we found that her apartment is connected to the House Meter for the laundry room and outside lights.

I would say, "I don't care if you smoke weed, just please do it outside."

Also, I would be willing to consider banks/cc outside of MA, but they would have to make loans in MA.

She has been a great tenant and I'm very glad she is staying for another year but money is a little tight right now as I had to have some concrete repaired on the outside of the house this month.

So even if you had other investment properties outside of that neighborhood, as long as you don't have more than three in the neighborhood you'll be fine. 

Hi everyone, My wife and I bought a house right outside Warrenton, Va (technically in Amissville) and we are looking to have our basement finished.

From working in tight spaces that I can barely get into to working off of 16' ladders and scissor lifts outside in the middle of winter, these last 10 years have opened my eyes and made me realize that there is so much more to life than what I'm currently living.
