The magic kicker for every experienced investor is that he is doing this on an average price point of $40,000 AND that is an all in turnkey price.Any serious investor who knows about Turnkey real estate would never go on a podcast like this without taking serious objection to the fact that they have no idea what they are talking about.  

My contractors even outline the sku’s at the hardware stores along with quantities on the quote sheet so I know exactly what they need.

@Jingru Sui instead of a master lease I basically created my own rental lease that includes written consent to sublease, home modifications, and a few things that were relevant to my objective.

I am a pilot which allows me to have the connection of renters, but am worried about the restrictions the city might have on the quantity of people that might be there.  

Quantities of units below that and the numbers get squeezed very very fast. 

When I compare my 5-10 main objectives, it seems like they both do them relatively equally.  

I have no objection to anyone striking the best deal possible for themselves.

The leading factor in demand is jobs, not only quantity but average pay of jobs.

Forget the individual deals, what is your overall objective?  

If the objective here is to save money on your first deal, give yourself more options to choose from.
