Basically, it took 2 months, court, a visit from the deputy's and finally at the last possible minute, she got out. 

I live three hours away and have not seen the property but I've contacted a property manager who looked at the house and said it's pretty nice.

So I could file plans to make it conforming only to be told a house like that would look out of place in a nice neighborhood.

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

I am looking to move into a different home and am attempting to determine if it is worth renting my current home or just selling it outright.It's a split level foyer home with 2,400 sqft, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, in a nice neighborhood.

. : I invested in to my own installation last year in June.It felt like the new gold rush.There are TONS of companies on the market because of the 30% tax incentives + subsidies.They show you nice graphs with high IRR (min 10%) with inflated estimated power output and are making crazy margins thanks to the subsidies from the local utilities.Make sure to challenge their assumptions and have them compete against each other to get the best price as possible.
