Am I understanding the Florida Statute correctly that if I buy a mobile home where I pay monthly lot rent, I am locked into a one year rental agreement?  

I've never dabbled I'm converting business mobiles to residentialManufactured properties aren't built to code and in the same fashion as a stick built house.

We use a newer cell carrier and pay $40 month for the both of us on smart phone plans (unlimited text/data).

I know of a mobile home that wasn't selling well and it was a matter of wording.

If they were permitted, you wouldn't have to post them in the dark of the night and use a phone number that can't be traced.

I usually don't know where, though, unless doing a skip trace, and that usually provides multiple addresses and multiple possible phone numbers.

Just know that if they don't plan on making your a educational real estate website that is local optimized and mobile friendly then don't bother.

I just default back to what I do were I can open escrow without a contract and with a phone call.. but that's because of the volume of bizz I do with title company .. and our title plants are digital.. so running a title search is not as big an issue like it is in many east coast states I work in.. were they have to actually hire a title abstractor to physically pull title.. ( old school :))
