My lease states this: (still working on the correct legal wording) Emotional Support Animals (ESA):Tenant will provide a copy of letter from a licensed mental health professional (therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist -NOT the family doctor) on his/her letterhead that states the person is under his/her care, is emotionally or psychiatrically disabled, and prescribes for the person an emotional support animal.

I would LTR it and have the set it and forget it mentality, and look into getting a LOC on the 100k and finding another investment.So I would do Option 1 & 3ish assuming I like the property.

I'd be willing to be that the average BP user has a much higher baseline need for cognition than average, but in general I think scratching that mental itch focusing questions that are both knowable and important yields better outcomes and sadly, I think your questions strikes out on both those criteria.

Regardless of how much the agent spends or time he devotes to his business, off-market lead sources are worth money.If the agent has real sellers with properties that you want, don't waste time or mental energy on his commission.
