Unless of course I get a screaming deal on a piece of dirt that I just can't turn down.. but I am not going to compete with Lennar and Horton and what they are paying for dirt right now... for them they can take a loss and its not even a blip on their radar where as if we take a hit... the whole radar facility falls into the ocean !

You should also have clauses that protect the property, such as dogs and cats being on flea control medication, and the responsibility to clean up "deposits" from the lawn, and the responsibility to scoop litter boxes daily and clean completely once a week, etc.Inspect often, even if your tenants seem to be "nice people."

Semi truck docks, repair facility, etc, but I don't think your population would support it...When I first read the idea I thought you could do Paintball wars, but that definitely would not pay for it...I have heard of converting old large commercial spaces into year round aquaponics/hydroponics gardens, but again, I am not sure you have the population to support it.I think @Brandon Sturgill also struck on another issue, and it was one I also thought of immediately..

And the Odd retail client who happens on to Scottsman Guide.It was always my assertion that all the debt side of crowdfunding was just being a HML which in essence is what they do.. cloaked in the new shinny object  IE : Crowd funding Portal"  I think it was a pretty neat move they made getting traction with all the mom and pops investing in their deals up to the point they can get institutional Credit facilities which are far easier to manage and maintain and can be cheaper as well..
