You are definitely off to a great start and if you JUST graduated college - you're in a good position to get your real estate investing career started.

If there's a positive side, a housing crash decreases homeownership, pushing people to turn to renting - increasing the supply of potential tenants.

Tenants might leave negative reiews wich could actually be positive.

I am positive they would know.

If the home is not represented in a positive manner on the internet it can cost the home seller thousands. 

Hi Brandon, If I were in your position, I would start looking for money to close the deal.

Past rents were $450 each but she didn't maintain the property.
