Hello Community team,When you do a BRRRR, I am finding out that there is a 6 months seasoning waiting period ( DSCR ) before you can cash out refinance, so we can evolve our funds to go to the next property to purcahse and redo a BRRRR.Thanks for your input and advise for a solutions.
